                               Orange Color Salad

 

Makes 4 servings 


Ingredients


4 big tender carrots, grated

I big seedless orange, cut in small cubes

I small onion, finely chopped                            

1 lemon

3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

 

Preparation
            Mix the carrots, orange, and onion. 
In a bowl, mix the oil, the juice of the lemon, and the pinch of salt. Let it stand for a few minutes. Serve cold.
