Cantaloupe Soup   

                                                   
Makes 4 servings

Ingredient
1 cantaloupe cut in small pieces                  
2 fat-free yogurts                                      
2 spoons of olive oil                                                                             
1 bunch of fresh mint                                                                           
12 shrimp, cooked and peeled
salt and pepper to taste            
                                    


Preparation 
Combine cantaloupe, mint, yogurts, olive oil, salt and pepper in the blender and make it a homogeneous mixture. Let it cool in the refrigerator. Place the soup in bowls. Add the shrimp to the soup and serve. 
Choose a ripe melon; the soup flavor will be sweeter.
